Instructions: This application requires an Android Wear device with a heart rate monitor and accelerometer. The follow list of devices should work. Other devices may be used at your own risk:

You will install the application to your Android phone, and it can take up to 15 minutes for the application to appear on your accompanying Android smartwatch. Make sure they are connected via Bluetooth and the Android Wear App on your smartphone. To use the application, simply hit "Start" on the Android phone.
